How can I register for a class?"

All registrations must be completed through our website. Go to the homepage and click on 'Book A Class. 'From there, select your desired class, then follow the prompts to register and submit payment.".

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. If you need to reschedule your offered a one-time free reschedule if were contacted 7 days before your scheduled class. If contacted outside the 7 day window you will be charged a $25.00 rescheduling fee. If payment is not received within a week of your original scheduled class you will have to pay the full amount again no exceptions.

If I miss a class can I get a refund?

"Please note that we do not offer refunds for missed classes or incomplete online coursework, regardless of the reason. Additionally, we are unable to accommodate rescheduling for missed classes or no-shows under any circumstances."

Do you refuse service?

Yes, we have every right to refuse service to students.

How do I pay for a class?

"Payment is required at the time of registration and must be completed using a credit or debit card on the payment screen. We do not accept any other form of payment. If you need assistance with payment options for on-site training please let us know.

Who can I contact for help with technical issues for online learning?

For help with technical issues, please contact the American Red Cross Training Support Team at (888) 366-3294 (Not open Sundays or Holidays).

Do you offer onsite training courses?

Do you offer private sessions or classes?

Yes, we offer private classes and sessions all week. For more information and pricing please email us.

What do I need to have in order to attend a Blended Learning Course?

Once you register for a CPR training course, you will receive access to the blended learning module via our online learning system within 24 hours.

An email will be sent with all the course details, including the sender of the online learning content so please keep an eye on your inbox!

BLS Courses: Two hours on average for online learning

First Aid CPR AED Courses: Three hours on average for online learning

What are your accommodations if I cannot be on the floor for skills (CPR)?

How long is the certification good for?

All CPR certifications are valid for two years.

How Do I renew my Certification?

If you're looking to renew your certification, we offer review courses specifically for that purpose. These classes are shorter—just 2 hours long—and offered at a lower cost.

When will I get my certification?

All certifications are processed on the same day as your class. Your certification will be sent to your email from a No-Reply address and will also be uploaded to your American Red Cross account.
If you don’t see it in either location, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.
